Clicking, "Committment to Ending (this)"

Here we go, I'm bringing up the window, just a second, there we go, the promoted item right above it is Understanding resilience, right there.  And I just opened the link to "Commitment to Ending (this)", Some continuing coverage is first up there of course no information just that there is continuing coverage of an acronym and a number, like talking in code.  Now "Committment to Ending (this)"is filed under practice (the publication of the site is about Architecture though it doesnt say practice.... of anything just "practice").  It's possible to conclude before reading that now practice includes "Committment to Ending (this)", That begins to sound like a criticism.  Have to roll background music the cars are too loud.
The career change you weren't expecting is a lot of words. But who says there's a Career Change You Weren't Expecting? Now how to understand a part of practice that appears to be "Committment to Ending (this)".  Is there anything backing this? Now for the reading post later bye.
